This book is a must for every woman going through menopause or has had a hysterectomy. The references for Doctors and biodentical replacement is wonderful. I would recommend this book wealth of information, easy to read. One person found this helpful. A little dated but good informaton. This was an excellent quick read book. I felt empowered and have changed my diet and followed much of the knowledge in the book and it has made a big difference in my life.
